Welcome to Siena Pizza Co, a family-run company providing authentic wood-fired pizza, catering all over Sussex, Surrey, London, Kent, Buckinghamshire & Hampshire.

At Siena Pizza Co., each team member shares one crucial love—the love of great pizza! Since its formation, we’ve endeavoured to provide some of the nation’s highest-quality pizzas from our mobile restaurant, eager to share the love of this great Italian dish with our fantastic customers.
While based in Sussex, we have a large service area spanning a 100-mile radius from Brighton. Our team is made of eight fantastic characters, four of whom have become a part of the family—and the other four literally are! We’re constantly growing, and so is the demand for our pizzas.
The most vital part of Siena’s work is the result—the response and joy we see from our customers. Nothing is better than knowing you’ve helped share the joy of pizza with one of our trusted customers. Our standards for fantastic pizza are incredibly high; we don’t cut corners with our product, and it shows. We want to provide the best pizza possible.
The Siena Story
My lifelong passion for pizza began at the age of 5, growing up in my family’s Italian restaurants. I was spoiled for choice when it came to food, especially pizza. I was always standing nearby at the pizzeria, watching in awe as the pizza chefs crafted my favourite dishes, from the classic Margherita to Neapolitan.
Pizza making was a big part of my childhood and culture. Growing up in a mainly Italian family, we would always spend time cooking quality meals at home. On weekends, we would visit Dad, who was always hard at work running the family business, and we would bring pizzas home to share.
Over time, I entered the pizzeria and learned how to make my own pizza, and that is where the passion truly began. Throughout my life, I worked for my family until 2020. We had to close the restaurant temporarily due to the COVID restrictions. It felt like time had just stopped, and this is when Dad decided it was the right time to sell up and retire.

New Beginnings
It was almost impossible to let go of all the memories and the place itself. It was so special to me and my family, and I had worked exceptionally hard to prepare to take over from my father as he did for his. Fast-forward to 2021, and I bought a little pizza van and went back to what I had missed: making pizza.
For me, the ultimate goal is to recreate what we had but with my own spin on it. I’ve never liked to be in the same place for too long, and what I get from Siena Pizza Co. is the ability to move around. We’re always going to different places, whether wedding venues, villages for our pop-ups, or towns to cater on someone’s driveway. It keeps the workplace fresh and forever changing.
I have been very fortunate to have the support of my father, Alberto, my brother, Carlo, and my best friend, Lewis, who have jumped on and helped meet the demand to create what we have today: multiple pizza vans, many locations, and thousands of happy customers. We’re only just getting started!

The Siena Pizza Co Van has been transformed into a fully functional mobile kitchen and boasts a wonderful clay oven capable of pumping pizza out all day. The van is complete with a branded livery and looks spectacular at any event, it’s a real head-turner! This van would be most suitable for serving 40 -200 guests at a Wedding, Birthday, Event or Festival.
Vintage Pizza Horse Box Trailer
The Siena Vintage Pizza Horse Box Trailer has a massive Pizza oven, which has transformed this vintage trailer into the Ferrari of mobile pizza trailers capable of serving up to 800 pizzas in day. This unique trailer would be most suitable serving from 80 – 500+ guests at a Wedding, Corporate Event, Birthday or Festival.
